SUSTAINABILITY CONSULTING SERVICES

Join at the right junction. Build capability. Advance towards organisational prosperity.

Guiding organisations from awareness to sustainability, where sustainability becomes organisational prosperity.

Sustainability is the pathway and organisational prosperity is the outcome

The Highway to Organisational Prosperity Through Sustainability sets out what an organisation needs to do to become sustainable. It has six strands, and each strand is delivered in two ways. First, we train your people. Then, if you want help putting that training into practice, our consulting service supports the implementation. Speaking engagements can be added to any strand.

  • 01 Sustainability Awareness: understand impacts, risks and opportunities.
  • 02 Sustainability and ESG Reporting: measure, disclose and build accountability.
  • 03 Sustainability Costing and Appraisal: evaluate costs, returns and trade-offs.
  • 04 Sustainable Finance: align capital with long-term value.
  • 05 Mesgiro: manage environmental, social and governance impacts, risks and opportunities.
  • 06 Net Zero: measure emissions, set targets and implement transition plans.

Sustainability runs throughout the journey, embedding sustainability into everything you do so that you are resilient today and future-ready always. The destination is organisational prosperity, which means stronger performance, greater resilience, competitiveness, inspired people, sustainable growth and enduring value.

Why we built the highway

Professor Ven Tauringana was delivering training when he realised that training on its own is not enough. You can train someone, but that does not mean they will become sustainable. Organisations need a full service. Working through the process of committing to net zero, and completing certificates in sustainable finance, he set out what an organisation needs to do to reach sustainability. That became the six strands of the highway.

The message is about your organisation becoming prosperous. We are not asking you to do sustainability for its own sake, or only because you care about the environment. We are saying you should do both, because your aim as an organisation is to be sustainable and to be prosperous.

Don’t just do sustainability for the sake of it. Your aim is to be sustainable, to be prosperous as an organisation, because you are not a charity.
