An ISSB Training Partner
Tashapa Consultancy is a member of the ISSB Training Partner Programme and an authorised provider of the ISSB Disclosure Training. As an ISSB Training Partner, Tashapa Consultancy delivers the official programme curriculum developed by the IFRS Foundation, the authors of the ISSB Standards, through trainers who have been assessed and certified by IFRS to deliver the programme.
Our ISSB training sits within strand 02 of the highway, Sustainability and ESG Reporting, and prepares your board and technical team to implement IFRS S1 and IFRS S2.

Access to finance is changing
Lenders increasingly require ESG credentials before committing capital, and they want to see a properly costed case. Sustainable finance can come at lower rates, but only to organisations that qualify.

Energy costs are cutting into margins
Unreliable and expensive power supply makes a compelling case for moving to solar, and the financial return over five years can be significant. The switch needs to be properly costed first, so that it makes financial sense and a lender can see the case for it.

Regulatory pressure is growing
Listed companies face increasing demands on ESG disclosure from international shareholders and development partners. In Zimbabwe, listed companies, state-owned enterprises and organisations with a high environmental impact, such as those in mining and farming, are expected to start reporting using IFRS S1 and S2 from 2028.
